Insitec X

Designed for hazardous area applications, the Insitec X sensor can be used in Zone 20, Zone O and other less stringent zones. The Insitec X is manufactured to GAMP4 standards. The hardware is designed to be compatible with CIP and SIP requirements.
Laser Diffraction
The particle size analysis is performed using industry standard laser diffraction.


Process Interface
The Insitec uses a modular system for connection to many different process streams.


Automation & control
The automation of the analyzer system and connection to the plant control system is facilitated via Malvern Link, a flexible approach accepting custom user interfaces, and a variety of PLC communication protocols

  • Dry powder feeder enables samples of powder to be reliably measured on plant, negating the need to wait for laboratory samples to be run.
